Competitive Pay
- Base CPM: $0.55–$0.65/mile based on experience
- Tarp Pay: $30 per load
- Detention: $25/hour after 3 hours
- Driver Assist: $25/hour
- Local Work: $25/hour (≤65 miles)
Bonuses & Rewards
- Safety Bonus: Up to $250/quarter
- 100K Miles: $1,000 bonus
- 500K Miles: $5,000 bonus
- Customer Referral: $1,000
- Driver Referral: $1,000 total

We run late-model Freightliner Cascadias and treat safety as a core part of the job, not an afterthought. As a young fleet, we're investing heavily in a 2025 preventive maintenance and inspection program to meet big-fleet standards.

- 2025 Preventive Maintenance Program: strict PM schedule tracked in our internal safety portal
